With the continuous development of the "streamlining administration, delegating powers, and improving services" reform by the General Administration of Customs and the continuous optimization of the port business environment, China's import and export supervision documents have been streamlined to 41 types. Except for some special circumstances, 38 types of online verification have been achieved. Among them, the regulatory documents related to imported cosmetics include the "Record Certificate for Imported Non Special Purpose Cosmetics" and the "Administrative License for Imported Special Purpose Cosmetics", both issued by the National Medical Products Administration and its authorized issuing authorities, and verified by the customs at the port.
